Financial Services


Financial Services of the Clerk's office is responsible for the collection, distribution and accountability of all monies processed through the office. Additionally, payroll, accounts payable and the budget for the Clerk's office are also handled through this department.

Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Money Order, Cashier Checks, Personal Checks*, Mastercard/Visa/Discover card, or debit cards.

Please specify your case number when making a payment.

* All returned checks will be referred to the County Attorney's Office for collection.

Pay online

Most court-ordered fines and fees may be paid using our Online Payments tool.

If your case has been referred to FARE (Fines/Fees and Restitution Enforcement statewide program), payments must be made using the Arizona Courts AZ Court Pay tool.

Pay by mail or in person

Be sure to provide your case number and, when paying by mail, include your contact information in the event we need to reach you.

A receipt will be issued for all transactions made in person. Keep your receipt as proof of payment.

When filing your documents, including eFiling online, you may apply for a waiver of your filing fees or apply to have payment of your filing fees deferred until a later date.

Our Online Payment site shows your total balance, amount due this month, and total past due (arrears). You may also contact our office to request your balance.

  • To obtain payment history for court-ordered obligations (fines, fees, restitution), email your request, including your case number(s), to our Finance Unit at [email protected].

  • To obtain payment history of child support and/or spousal support payments, please visit our Child Support Services page for helpful information.
