Your initial documents, without address, should be submitted to the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court with the Request for Protected Address form and Order for Protected Address form.
Note:
- If your request is denied, all future pleadings must include your address.
- If the court orders your address protected, do not include your address on any future documents. The Clerk's Office is not responsible for monitoring these orders or redacting protected addresses from documents.
