Child Support Services

The Child Support Services Unit files, processes, and maintains records of all court-ordered child support and spousal support payments utilizing the statewide AZCARES system of the Department of Economic Security (DES) Division of Child Support Services (DCSS). For information about AZCARES, including contact information for DCSS, please visit the Arizona Department of Economic Security website.

The Arizona Child Support Clearinghouse monthly fee is $8.00 effective 4/1/2020. If your garnishment does not reflect the correct fee, contact your employer's payroll to make sure they are aware of this fee. If your employer's payroll needs a new Income Withholding Order reflecting this fee, please let our office know and we will send it.

To obtain payment history information about child support and/or spousal support obligations, come in person to our Child Support Services Unit or mail your request to our Child Support Unit. The payment history report fee and postage & handling fee are shown on our current fee schedule on this site. Please include in your request your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and case number(s).
