Exhibits


Our Exhibits Services manages exhibits submitted for hearings and trials in the Arizona Superior Court in Pima County.

Pima Superior Court accepts paper exhibits unless a judicial officer directed electronic submission of exhibits (digital evidence) for a specific case or hearing/trial.

Emailed exhibits are not accepted.

If a judicial officer has directed electronic submission of exhibits, then the statewide authorized digital evidence portal must be used to electronically submit exhibits or digital evidence. Free information, training, and support for this portal are available.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you are a party involved in the case or the attorney of record who received this notice, you can call or email Exhibits Services, and the deputy clerks will provide you with information about the exhibits you submitted during the hearing.

If you would like to retrieve your exhibits, please bring your copy of the notice that exhibits will be destroyed to our Exhibits Services. Your exhibits will be made available to you at that time.

Yes, you can view the exhibits submitted by the other party by visiting our Exhibits Services prior to destruction of the exhibits. Additionally, copies are available for a fee.  Information about fees is available at the Fee Schedule page.
