Civil and Family Support Services
Our Civil and Family Support Services accepts Civil and Family Law filings for Pima County Superior Court by online electronic filing (eFiling), by mail, or at our Civil Services filing counter. eFiling provides many benefits, including allowing you to file documents and access documents filed in your case without coming to the courthouse.
At the Civil Services filing counter, we also issue marriage licenses, accept petitions for name changes and petitions for protective orders (orders of protection and injunctions against harassment), and (by appointment only) process passport applications. More information about these services is available using the links on this page.
When visiting our Civil Services filing counter in person, please use one of our kiosks in our Civil Services lobby to get a customer queue ticket number and wait for your ticket number to be called to one of the Civil Services windows where a deputy clerk will assist you.
